Creative Graphic Design

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in developing and implementing brand identity systems
• Experience with creating editable templates in design and office software
• Experience in producing marketing and event collateral for print and digital
• Experience with designing accessible, ADA-compliant materials
• Strong communication skills with ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Refine or redesign organization logos and deliver final assets in multiple formats
• Develop editable templates for agency documents, reports, and presentations
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines with rules for logo, colors, fonts, and visuals
• Design branded graphics for social media, including platform-specific formats
• Produce event materials such as signage, programs, name badges, and presentations
• Deliver updated website assets including banners, icons, and graphics
• Ensure consistent branding across all materials and channels
