Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. Ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise and advanced knowledge of application programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation providing applications development within the information technology or financial industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications using JEE technologies including Hibernate, Spring Framework, Spark Java, Tibco EMS, and RESTFUL/SOAP services; Working with front-end technologies including HTML, Angular, JavaScript and jQuery in building web applications; Utilizing web and application servers including Web-Sphere, WebLogic, and Apache Tomcat for deployment of WAR, JAR and EAR artifacts; Working with standard JEE design and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CICD) using tools including Ant/Maven, Jenkins, and RLM along with code repositories including Git/Bitbucket; Cloud based technology implementation in application development using cloud storage services; and Working with risk and finance technology infrastructure and application development in data processing and data obfuscation, data privacy rules and encryption and building highly available web services to process transactional activities. 40 hrs./wk.
