Job Details

We are looking for a seasoned CRM SME with extensive experience in the US healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will lead our Salesforce practice, overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations. Manage onshore and offshore teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a proven track record of successful project delivery in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Provide strategic direction for the Salesforce practice, aligning it with organizational goals and the evolving landscape of the US healthcare industry.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
  1. Salesforce Solution Design and Execution:
  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions tailored to the specific requirements of healthcare clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable and effective Salesforce implementations.
  • Define team structure and organize teams to meet client deliverables.
  • Ensure teams write stories in Jira with good acceptance criteria.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare status dashboards and present to key stakeholders.
  • Work with Scrum Masters and Product owners to ensure streamlined project execution.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Docusign, Snowflake, Facets and other front office and back-office systems.
  • Work with architecture team to ensure architecture of solution is complete prior to major milestones.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, code reviews, and continuous skill development.
  1. Healthcare Domain Expertise:
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of the US healthcare industry to provide valuable insights and guidance on Salesforce solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and related entities, specifically in Broker and Sales domains
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies affecting healthcare.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business challenges.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions by implementing and enforcing best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to identify and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong experience in Vlocity, Docusign, Healthcloud, Community cloud and Salesforce implementation.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a Salesforce practice, preferably in the US healthcare sector.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and other healthcare-related Salesforce products.
