The Manager is responsible for overseeing project delivery while managing cross-functional resource allocation across teams. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while aligning workforce capacity with organizational priorities. The role blends traditional project management responsibilities with advanced resource planning, leveraging tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Resource Plus to manage workload distribution and forecasting.
Your role in our mission
Lead planning and execution of projects across business, clinical, or IT units
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
Manage project risks, budgets, and change control processes
Coordinate internal and external resources across departments
Utilize resource planning platforms to forecast, assign, and optimize team capacity
Partner with team leads to resolve resource conflicts and align staffing with demand
Maintain a real-time view of available vs. committed capacity by skill set
Produce resource utilization and availability reports
Serve as a liaison between project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
Provide weekly status updates on projects and resource plans
Lead resource review and project prioritization meetings

The pay range for this position is $93,000 - $110,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. What we're looking for
- Substantial leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership or program management in a technology industry. Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver high-quality results to clients, helping to quickly problem-solve roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery
- Working understanding of healthcare technology industry, PBM, or pharmacy operations and products to manage projects, change control process, financial budgets, and forecasting
- Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients and team members to resolve resource conflicts and align staffing with demand
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification with at least five (5) years in a similar role
- Familiarity with capacity modeling, time tracking, or workforce analytics

- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.

- This is a remote (work from home) position. For all remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload . Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
