A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Sr. Data Analyst
Position type: Contract (Hybrid)
Job Role: Sr. Data Analyst
Duration: 12 months (with high possibilities of extension) 
Location:   Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA
1. Analytical ability on both process and data.
2. Be very familiar with MS Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
3. Communicate in an enterprise-wide capacity
4. Have general knowledge of Information Security/GIS/Data Management Standards & Processes
5. Have general knowledge of Global Records Management Policy and Standards
Primary Responsibilities:
• Data Management coverage for technical processes, procedures, and controls across International, Global Banking and Global Markets data
• Analyze data from various internal sources and tools to identify new and emerging data management coverage needs
• Assist with oversight of 13 active Data Domains and Authorized Data Sources and 20+ ADSets
• Provide regional support and oversight for enterprise policies and standards
• Assist with the creation of tracking, monitoring and reporting tools along with real-time ad hoc data analysis

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant (technical) experience preferably within the Global Markets or Global Banking Domain
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics tools such as Toad, Excel, Tableau, SQL
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in the build-out and maintenance of tableau reporting from various sources
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical messages and / or business policies both horizontally and vertically through the organization
• General knowledge of bank / technical process and tools including PPRT, CECE, JIRA, DART, POP, CIMA, etc.
• Ability to access data and perform independent research into data problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions
• Ability to think independently and recommend solutions
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Policy and Standards Experience in database modelling, architecture, design, and implementation Relational database expertise 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: database-focused application development, data analysis, organizational & administrative operations, data management and governance Knowledge of Global Banking and/or Markets business and technology environment.

Pay Range*:  Pay Range*:$42/HR – $47/HR.
