One of our critical and highly visible initiatives is building and scaling industry-leading lending digital applications and experiences for our customers. We re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help define and contribute to the success of our Multi Product Platform. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, customer focused and driven to produce high quality work. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

You will work with development teams, business teams, and external partners as you develop and communicate shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
Owner of several significant portions of the product s functionality controlling all aspects of future iterations to optimize the business value of each area.
Provide product leadership to a vibrant team of engineers and designers during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
Communicate with external stakeholders regularly to unblock, communicate, and translate feedback bidirectionally about the progress
Measure and review data on product changes to determine the need to iterate further.
Understand strategic and competitive position and deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short and long term goals.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected.

  • Role is Hybrid/Onsite 3 days per week
  • Potential for extension or conversion to FTE
