Title: SAP Test Lead / Tosca Test Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Hire Mode: Contract

Experience: 12+ years

Must have:

Tosca test lead automation + SAP + Onsite /Offshore coordination

OR

SAP Test lead + Tosca automation + Onsite /Offshore coordination

Mandatory Skills :

• 12+ years of work experience in SAP testing with good hands-on on SAP Core modules (SD, MM, FICO)
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules ( Financial & Accounting )
• Strong understanding of SAP processes such as OTC, P2P, RTR, FA
• Good understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platform & architecture, integrations & interfaces
• Extensive experience in SAP Implementations, upgrades, and support (S/4HANA experience preferred)
• Must have proven experience designing E2E business process flows, create and implement test planning, strategy, expertise in testing best practices, standards, methodologies, test metrics, defect life cycle
• Proficient in functional, regression, integration and UAT testing for SAP solutions
• Proficient in managing and maintain different testing KPIs, prepare test reporting and ensure SAP projects are delivered on time, within scope & budget, while meeting quality standards
• Strong experience in test management platforms such as JIRA, X-Ray/ Zephyr, ADO
• Experience in working together with automation team in sharing functional knowledge, script review & automation test reporting
• Excellent customer management skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams on large scale SAP implementation projects to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to manage and negotiate with both business and technical teams
• Align with project's business process, release management process/teams and guide testing teams to align with project timelines
• Excellent leadership, problem solving , communication skill, analytical & presentation skills
• drive continuous improvements and optimization of SAP test solutions
• Ability to work in Agile environment and manage tasks independently

Good to Have :

• Proven test management experience in SAP migration projects with SAP RISE
• SAP Certifications in testing or specific modules
• Good to have experience in automation & Continuous testing tools - Tosca , Jenkins
• PMP, SAP Project Management or similar certifications are preferred
