Job Details

Role Overview:
The Senior Validation Engineer will be responsible for security validation of vehicle ECUs. This includes creating test plans, automating tests, documenting issues, and collaborating with developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own security validation for vehicle ECUs

  • Develop and maintain clear, complete, and testable software requirements

  • Create comprehensive test plans, outlining objectives, scope, and schedule

  • Identify and implement improvements to validation processes and product quality

  • Build and maintain test infrastructure and automated testing

  • Document issues in detail and collaborate with developers to resolve them

Required Qualifications:

  • BE or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in testing automotive or networking products

  • Strong automation scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar languages)

  • 3+ years of experience developing system-level test cases

  • Familiarity with automotive protocols (DoIP, UDS, LIN, CAN)

  • Experience with embedded Linux platforms and Security verification at the Application/Firmware level

  • Proficient in using automation and stress test tools

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
