Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Franklin, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for both onsite and remote users. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong problem-solving abilities to address hardware, software, and system issues.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to user requests and inquiries through platforms such as Jira and Zendesk.
Deliver technical support to approximately 100 onsite employees and over 100 remote users.
Configure and set up laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment for new and existing staff.
Facilitate onboarding processes by preparing and deploying necessary IT tools for new team members.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Manage and prioritize support tickets effectively using Jira and Zendesk systems.
Assist with physical IT setups during facility moves or expansions.
Provide support for virtual meetings and conference calls using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Participate in technical projects, ensuring alignment with IT workflows and resource management.
Adhere to change management protocols and follow established IT procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering hands-on technical support in dynamic environments.
Ability to work independently and take initiative without frequent escalation.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, cloud services, and ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk.
Familiarity with Active Directory and configuration management processes.
Knowledge of computer hardware, deployments, and IT equipment setups.
Experience supporting both Apple and Android devices.
Strong communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with team members.
Availability to work on-site five days a week and flexibility for overtime when required.
