Position: SAP SD OTC Architect
Location: East Coast
Duration: 12 months
We are looking for an SAP SD OTC Architect for our customer, a leading Pharma client based on the East Coast.
The candidate must be open to traveling to EMEA and Belgium as part of the assignment.
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant with strong OTC (Order-to-Cash) process expertise and hands-on experience with WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions supporting sales, billing, pricing, shipping, and logistics processes.
Responsibilities
Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document OTC/SD requirements.
Configure and support core SAP SD modules (sales orders, delivery, shipping, billing, pricing, rebates, credit management).
Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams on WRICEF development:
Workflows (e.g., approval processes)
Reports (custom SD reports)
Interfaces (EDI/IDoc, 3rd-party systems, middleware like PI/PO, CPI)
Conversions (data migration for customer master, open orders, pricing conditions)
Enhancements & User Exits (custom validations, BADI implementations)
Forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms for invoices, order confirmations, delivery notes).
Ensure integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, and WM/EWM modules.
Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare support.
Support end-to-end OTC cycle including order creation, delivery, PGI, billing, revenue recognition, and returns.
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience (at least 2 full lifecycle implementations).
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes.
Hands-on WRICEF experience ability to design functional specs and work with ABAP developers.
Expertise in pricing, rebates, intercompany billing, third-party sales, consignment, credit/debit memos.
Experience with IDocs, EDI, and interfaces to external systems.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SD simplifications and changes (advantage).
Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
