Role: Salesforce Program Manager
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Type: Contract / FTE (FTE preferred)
JD:
- 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in project management and 3+ years in program management.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication well versed with onshore offshore service delivery model
- Proven experience in customer management including expectation setting, risk management and cost control practices
- Should able to clearly articulate progress/status to customer and organizations management.
- Exposure US lending/credit domain.
- Salesforce exposure is plus
