Job Description:

  • 10 years of experience as a BA PO with a financial services background.
  • Well-versed in Agile processes and tools such as ADO.
  • Should be good with written and oral communication.
  • Meticulous with creating good-quality documentation.
  • Should be a self-starter and run JAD sessions independently without much handholding and support.
  • Drive the workstream with technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Experience with Straight Through Process.
  • KPI and metrics monitoring and reporting.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for digitization and automation.
