Job Details
- Lead end-to-end project execution across technical, product, and business domains using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Oversee planning, tracking, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, including milestone-level cost estimation and tracking.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage sprint capacity, execution, and risk mitigation.
- Drive technical delivery in Mulesoft (ESB suite, Kafka integration) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer 360).
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery goals.
- Maintain project documentation, including scope, dependencies, KPIs, risks, and change requests.
- Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and adherence to PMO standards and delivery methodologies.
- Support requirement definition in collaboration with product and business analysts.
- Travel quarterly for strategic planning or workshops as needed.
