Job Details
We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Helpdesk Support
Mode of Interview: Web Cam Interview Only
Location: Milledgeville, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Shift: EST
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience and knowledge of troubleshooting MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, encryption, etc.
- 3 years of experience and ability to troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard, mice etc.
- 3 years of experience in troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.
- 3 years of experience in active Directory domain environment
- Proficient at software installs and troubleshooting
- Some networking knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot network issues from the command line.
