Overview
DynPro is expanding its Workato automation practice and seeking a Senior Workato Engineer to build scalable integrations and business automations across enterprise SaaS systems. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role covering design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build Workato recipes (event-driven & scheduled).

  • Develop integrations across Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, Snowflake, and other API-based platforms.

  • Implement error handling, retries, alerting, and monitoring for production-ready automations.

  • Perform data mapping, transformations, and workflow enrichment.

  • Collaborate with architects and business teams to convert requirements into technical designs.

  • Support release planning and manage dev/test/prod environments.

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root-cause analysis.

  • Contribute reusable templates, best practices, and accelerators.

Must-Have

  • Strong hands-on Workato automation experience in enterprise environments.

  • Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and integration patterns.

  • Experience integrating 2 3+ major SaaS platforms.

  • Ability to independently handle build-to-support lifecycle with focus on reliability and security.

  • Strong communication skills; experience with distributed teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Tray.io, Celigo.

  • Workato certifications (Automation Pro).

  • Exposure to ETL/ELT, data warehousing, or analytics integrations.
