Job Overview:

A leading organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Business System Analyst to provide systems support for Workday, with a primary focus on Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. This role involves system configuration, issue resolution, testing, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to meet evolving HR system needs. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and a user-focused approach to HRIS support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence Management system issues.

  • Provide support for regular and ad hoc absence/time tracking processes within Workday.

  • Configure and update Workday modules in response to business requirement changes.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to document, test, and implement new/existing Workday requirements.

  • Support legal, regulatory, and year-end reporting activities within Workday.

  • Identify risks, recommend solutions, and develop mitigation strategies to meet functional requirements.

  • Design cohesive Workday Time Tracking/Absence solutions, ensuring consideration of cross-functional impacts.


Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of technical experience in a similar HR systems role supporting and/or implementing Workday Time Tracking/Absence Management.

  • Bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven experience with Workday payroll and timekeeping system configuration.

  • Preferred: Prior participation in Workday HR system implementation projects.
