Plumbing Service Manager
Plumbing Service Manager
Location: Sioux Fall, SD
Salary: $90K-$100K base + bonus (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
The Plumbing Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plumbing service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing a team of plumbers to achieve company goals. This role requires a blend of technical plumbing knowledge and strong management skills to lead projects and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the plumbing service team to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee scheduling and dispatching of plumbing service calls to maximize productivity.
- Ensure all plumbing work is completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to plumbers on complex service calls.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of service technicians, providing feedback and training as needed.
- Manage customer relations and ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare and manage the department budget, including labor and material costs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Plumbing Service Manager or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems and codes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer relations and team collaboration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Master Plumber certification is a plus.
