RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Product Manager.

Summary:
Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is on its way to be the connected End to End platform that small and medium-sized businesses rely on every day to run and grow their businesses dramatically improving the chances of their success. As the Principal Product Manager on the QuickBooks Online 3rd Party App Integrations team, you will have the opportunity to define the strategy and build AI powered, seamless 3rd party app integration experiences within QuickBooks Online (QBO) that will amplify the speed to benefit and accelerate efficiency for our customers when they use QuickBooks and other software solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to elevate the QuickBooks experience for our customers irrespective of whether they are using an Intuit offering or other third-party solutions. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, marketers, customer care, analysts and researchers to deliver best-in-class product experiences.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute impactful strategies for platform services & tooling that align with business objectives and partner ecosystem needs
* Partner extensively across business units to define and execute against plans
* Drive decision making, role clarity, alignment and escalations as necessary
* Define and lead the product roadmap for some of the key elements of the App Partner ecosystem experiences and tooling, focusing on scalable solutions
* Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes
* Ruthlessly prioritize your team's backlog and work across teams to drive work in dependent areas
* Deeply engage with 3rd party partners and customers on an ongoing basis to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA a plus
* 5+ years of proven product management experience with a focus on developer platform and partner ecosystems, ideally with a SaaS based software company in the fintech space
* Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills are a must
* Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team, managing scrum ceremonies and constantly seeking to educate the team on product strategy and roadmap
* Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, including the ability to communicate complex technical problems simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions
* Strong data literacy and ability to use data and analytics to back your strategic approach
* A bias for action with a proven track record of delivering results at scale that impact critical business metrics in the short and long
* Prior experience in building, shipping and scaling platform capabilities (or) experience in the integrations space would be a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
