Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced In-Store Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across physical client retail stores. This role will shape how new products, seasonal promotions, and cultural campaigns come to life in-store ensuring every brand touchpoint delivers an exceptional and cohesive experience for customers.
  • The ideal candidate brings a blend of retail marketing expertise, product launch planning, and cross-functional leadership. They will work closely with Product Marketing, Creative, and Retail Operations teams to ensure client s latest devices, services, and campaigns are presented in the most impactful way across all store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, showcase new product launches, and drive conversion at the point of sale.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Creative teams to translate product and campaign narratives (e.g., Back to School, Holiday, Pride, Black History Month) into compelling in-store experiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of in-store campaigns from concept and creative development through production, localization, and rollout.
  • Oversee the design and installation of displays, fixtures, demo zones, and promotional materials, ensuring brand and message consistency.
  • Coordinate new store openings and refreshes, ensuring readiness and alignment with broader marketing priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as a key connector across Marketing, Creative, Social, Product, and Retail Operations teams to deliver cohesive retail activations.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships for asset production, store implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Prioritize and balance multiple campaigns and product initiatives to avoid message overload in retail environments.

Measurement & Optimization:

  • Conduct store visits and performance audits to evaluate marketing effectiveness and gather feedback.
  • Use shopper insights and retail analytics to inform future merchandising, product placement, and messaging strategies.
  • Track campaign timelines, budgets, and results to ensure execution excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 10 years of experience in Retail Marketing, In-Store Product Marketing, or Shopper Marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing retail go-to-market programs and in-store activations for major product launches.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, and Retail teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or technology brands with flagship retail footprints.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel campaign integration, where in-store experiences align with digital and social marketing.
  • Understanding of retail compliance, localization workflows, and field marketing operations.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
