Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong exposure to Capital Markets and Banking / Wealth Management domains. The candidate will be responsible for running Scrum ceremonies, managing JIRA activities, and coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Manage and track JIRA tickets, sprint backlogs, and delivery metrics

  • Act as the primary point of contact with client stakeholders, business teams, and IT leadership

Additional Requirements

  • 8-12 years of overall experience with strong Scrum Master expertise

  • Strong critical thinking and understanding of project execution

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with CTOs, business, client IT leads, developers, and vendors

  • Strong documentation skills including MOMs, status reports, emails, and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Proven ability to manage deliverables and deadlines effectively
