The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. This role involves coordinating internal departments, managing operational processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee operations activities to meet business objectives and deadlines.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Manage budgets, resources, and forecasts to optimize operational costs.
Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to enhance productivity and performance.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Handle vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement and service delivery.
Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and progress for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master s preferred).
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (typically 3-5 years).
Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with MS Office and operational software (e.g., ERP systems).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
