Job Title: Java Developer Location: Dallas, Tx (Onsite - Hybrid) W2 Experience: 7+ Years

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in core Java, basic understanding of backend development, and a passion for learning modern frameworks and tools. You will work closely with senior developers to build, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications under the guidance of senior developers.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
Support the integration of APIs and third-party services.
Work on basic database operations and queries.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of Core Java, OOP principles, and data structures.
Basic knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot (good to have).
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP concepts.
Understanding of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript (optional but helpful).
Basic knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Experience with IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
