Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance starter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterprise
Provide technical leadership and guidance to PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions
Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and develop risk mitigation strategies
Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls
Ensure PAM practices and controls comply with relevant regulations, standards, and framework ( NIST, ISO 27001)
Develop training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principles
Drive continuous improvement initiates to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologies
Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges and achievements

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
