Transformation Implementation Coordinator
Location: Washington, DC
Description: Seeking a Transformation Implementation Coordinator to support our efforts under the PRISM MATOC Task Order for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA). This role focuses on advisory and transformation support, emphasizing human-centered design (HCD) and user experience (UX) to enhance personnel policy, readiness, and financial resilience. The coordinator will drive operational improvements, aligning with M&RA's mission through strategic advisory expertise.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory support for transformation initiatives aligned with OASD M&RA priorities.
- Coordinate human-centered design (HCD) processes to optimize user experience in program delivery.
- Lead UX research and implementation to improve operational tools and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate transformation strategies into mission goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for advisory and transformation efforts.
- Evaluate program transformation to identify areas for innovation and efficiency.
- Liaise with government stakeholders to align advisory efforts with policy and readiness objectives.
- Maintain currency with DoD transformation and UX standards, protocols, and requirements.
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of implementation plans.
- Assist in monitoring and assessing the impact of transformation initiatives on program outcomes.
Required Experience:
- Proven expertise in transformation advisory within DoD or federal environments, with a focus on HCD and UX.
- Strong skills in UX research and human-centered design to enhance program usability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including the ability to provide briefs, reports, etc., for senior leader review).
- Experience with transformation implementation processes to meet federal standards.
- Capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and provide strategic advisory support.
- Operational working knowledge of DoD transformation and advisory systems and protocols.
- Familiarity with DoD personnel policy and transformation systems.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to qualify and obtain a Secret clearance.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, design, or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in transformation advisory, including 5+ years supporting federal HCD/UX efforts.
- Certifications in UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) or project management a plus.
- 5+ years of experience coordinating HCD and UX for large-scale government programs.
