We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Workfront Developer with Fusion expertise to design, implement, and optimize enterprise project management workflows and system integrations. This role will be critical in managing Workfront configurations, automating cross-platform workflows, and enhancing visibility into enterprise project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Workfront Development-
Design and configure Adobe Workfront components: custom forms, request queues, task templates, project templates, portfolios, programs, and user roles.

Develop and manage dynamic dashboards and reports to track KPIs like sprint velocity, capacity, SLA compliance, and project health.

Optimize workflows to align with Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies across multiple teams.

Perform platform governance activities including audits, user access reviews, naming conventions, and system hygiene.

Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate workflows across systems (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, Slack, ServiceNow, Workday).

Troubleshoot and optimize Fusion integrations to reduce manual entry, improve data accuracy, and enhance workflow efficiency.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Partner with IT, PMO, Marketing, and Ops teams to understand requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions.

Provide user training, create SOPs, and support adoption across departments.

Serve as a technical SME on Workfront capabilities and enhancements.

Stay up to date with Adobe Workfront release cycles, evaluate new features, and implement them into the environment.

Coordinate with Adobe support for issue resolution, performance tuning, and feature enhancements.

Maintain high system uptime and ensure compliance with internal IT governance and security standards.

4 7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (as Developer or Admin).

2+ years of hands-on Workfront Fusion experience scenario creation, troubleshooting, platform automation.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, project intake, resource planning, and portfolio management.

Proficiency in Workfront Reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Experience integrating Workfront with tools like Jira, Salesforce, Slack, Workday, or ServiceNow.

Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Adobe Workfront Core Developer or Administrator Certification

Experience with REST APIs and JSON/XML for integration debugging

Knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Google Workspace, or Microsoft Power Platform

Familiarity with change management, governance, and enterprise IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
