Location: Irving, TX

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

Analyze what the needs of the users are, then design, test, and develop software that meets those needs. Design Salesforce solutions and create effective project plans

 

Must have skills:

  • We need a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) resource, not for other Salesforce platforms like Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • The candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience with SFMC, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Data Extensions, segmentation, and contact management.
  • They should be skilled in integrating SFMC with external systems such as APIs, SFTP, CRM, and other marketing platforms, and capable of independently managing end-to-end campaigns, automation, data-driven workflows, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational tasks.
  • Experience with testing, and deployment processes within SFMC is also required.
 

Key Responsibility & Duties:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions aligned with complex business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, data, and technology teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement advanced marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, ensuring personalized and data-driven customer experiences.
  • Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation using SFMC APIs, AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), SQL, HTML/CSS, and leverage Automation Studio and Journey Builder for workflow orchestration.
  • Architect and implement robust API, ETL, and data integration processes to ensure accurate, secure, and timely data flow between SFMC and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SFMC technical issues, including automation errors, configuration conflicts, and data synchronization problems.
  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain performance of campaigns, journeys, and automation workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with SFMC platform updates, new features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance marketing technology capabilities.
  • Document development processes, configurations, integrations, and automation workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making, campaign optimization, and measurable improvements in marketing performance.
