Description

The role of the JD Edwards Developer is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new JD Edwards ERP and bolt-on software applications and reporting as well as maintaining and updating existing applications and reports in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing applications and reports. The Developer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications. The Developer will also lead projects to their completion with minimal guidance. The Developer also works closely with key business leaders to discuss potential technical\business solutions.

Responsibilities:

Propose Change Initiatives: Proposes changes by analyzing business requirements, identifying system

inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements through JD Edwards EnterpriseOne customization and integration

with other systems.

Customer Value Creation: Responding to needs that provide added value and generate significant customer

satisfaction; both internal and external.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree majoring in: Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology.

5 - 10 Years of relevant Business/Industry experience.

Understanding the ERP system, including modules like finance, manufacturing, Sales, and supply chain

management.

Familiarity with Object Management Workbench (OMW), Form Design Aid (FDA), Report

Database Management: Knowledge of JDE database structures, SQL optimization, and ERP interoperability.

Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.

Must be knowledgeable in "Business Process Re-engineering" to establish business strategies, structures,

processes.
