Azure Cloud Engineer AI/ML Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Cloud Engineer with a specialization in AI/ML services to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects leveraging Microsoft Azure's AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, Azure AI services, and a strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle. Experience with MLFlow, Python, and CI/CD tools is essential.

This role will involve collaboration with technical product owners and cross-functional Agile teams to drive innovation, deliver working solutions, and support ongoing AI/ML initiatives.

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles on Azure.
• Deploy and support AI/ML services using Azure Foundry, OpenAI, and Azure AI Studio.
• Assist in the development and support of AI/ML proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes.
• Implement MLFlow pipelines, automate model tracking, and manage experiment lifecycle.
• Write, maintain, and optimize Python scripts for model development and orchestration.
• Collaborate within Agile teams, participate in sprint planning, and work closely with technical product owners.
• Use GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of reliable, scalable cloud solutions for AI/ML workloads.
• Ensure software development follows best practices across the lifecycle from development to deployment.
• Work with JIRA to track tasks and collaborate within Agile workflows.

• Proven experience with Azure Cloud and deploying AI/ML services in production or PoC environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, lifecycle, and practical applications.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, code quality, and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MLFlow, Python, and containerization technologies.
• Prior experience or familiarity with Solution Architecture (SA) is a strong plus.
