Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Scientist III in Greenwood Village, CO.

Responsibilities:
* Data Scientist III will work with stakeholders across the organization to identify data needs and identify and/or develop solutions that meet business requirements
* Research, hypothesize, test, and validate, establish the link between and within data from various sources and leverage that understanding to answer business questions
* Write complex SQL queries that utilizes multiple tables and generates the output that can be leveraged in reports
* Develop and maintain automated processes that streamline data analysis and reporting
* As a Data Scientist III, you will use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets
* Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive models using Python, document the approach and present findings to stakeholders
* Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 6+ years of experience with Data Analysis and reporting with a history of working in complex data analytics projects using data from various applications and warehouses
* Previous experience working with call, case, and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR, etc.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, etc.)
* Strong SQL skills (must) and experience with data integration and ETL processes
* Strong communication, verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders
* Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving with little direct supervision; Ability to learn quickly with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
* Demonstrated ability to understand the data and the applications/processes that generates this data by iteratively hypothesizing and either proving or disproving the same while building overall understanding of dataset and the process flow
* Experience using Python for data analysis and predictive analytics (nice to have)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
