Job Details

Title: Azure Solution Design Architecture

Location: Hybrid - Montreal

Duration: Contract

  • Define end-to-end Azure solution architectures covering application, data, and integration layers.
  • Design integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid/Event Hub, Azure Functions).
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
  • Develop API-first and event-driven architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Define integration governance, API lifecycle management, and DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
  • Assess legacy systems and define migration strategies to Azure.
  • Recommend hybrid integration approaches for on-prem and cloud workloads.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into architecture blueprints.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams during implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 8+ years in Azure, with 3+ years on Azure Solution Architecture.
  • Strong expertise in: Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid/Event Hub.
  • Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor.
  • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, messaging protocols.
  • Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
  • Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native design.
  • Strong grasp of security best practices for APIs and integrations
