Job Details

Join our team as a Security Vulnerability Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in monitoring and addressing security vulnerabilities across diverse environments. Your efforts will help maintain compliance and strengthen our security posture.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate vulnerabilities using various tools to ensure prompt remediation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively address security concerns.
  • Analyze reports for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in software deployment and upgrades, maintaining system integrity.
  • Document findings and remediation steps clearly and communicate them effectively.
  • Support compliance with frameworks such as StateRAMP, FedRAMP, and SOC-2.

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
  • Proficiency in AWS services like EC2, EKS, and Lambda.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and package management.
  • Understanding of vulnerability remediation workflows and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys and CheckMarx.
  • Previous experience in a FedRAMP environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
