Client Is looking for Sr. Salesforce (CRM) BA with P&C Demands - Philadelphia, PA or Jersey City, NJ, It s a hybrid role, 3 days work from office in week. Candidate should be flexible for "tristate locations.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Property & Casualty (c) Insurance and Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of P&C insurance processes, experience in working with Policy Administration Systems (PAS), CRM Systems and proficiency in Salesforce platforms. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, and driving Salesforce-based insurance solutions.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand P&C insurance workflows and translate them into business and functional requirements.
Conduct GAP analysis to identify system and process improvements.
Create user stories, process flows, and wireframes to define system enhancements and resolved incidents.
Document and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
Salesforce Implementation & Integration:
Work with Salesforce developers and architects to configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or other insurance-relevant Salesforce modules.
Define and optimize Salesforce solutions for Policy Administration and CRM processes.
Support integrations between Salesforce and P&C insurance systems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other legacy platforms.
Ensure data integrity and compliance in Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaise with underwriters, agents, and IT teams to ensure smooth process automation.
Conduct JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions and stakeholder workshops.
Act as a bridge between business users and the Salesforce development team.
Testing & UAT Support:
Develop test cases and scripts to validate Salesforce functionalities.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide end-user training.
Troubleshoot and document system defects for resolution.

Qualifications & Experience - Must-Have:

Overall, 14 to 16 Years exp. As a BA
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance.
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud).
Strong expertise in Policy and CRM processes in Commercial Lines insurance.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations and process automation.
Proficiency in ADO, ServiceNow, Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
Good-to-Have:
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and ETL tools for Salesforce integration.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC models.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
