Title : Design Coordinator

Job Description:
- Under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner of External Affairs, the Digital Communications & Design Coordinator uses creative design expertise and digital communications skills to support the agency s mission and strengthen its brand.
- This role is responsible for planning, designing, and producing marketing and informational materials across print and digital platforms, applying a working knowledge of evolving accessibility guidelines and consistency with agency standards.
- The coordinator also implements and manages digital communications strategies across web, email, social media, and other channels creating compelling content, engaging with constituents, and measuring impact.
- This position requires a strong blend of graphic design, multimedia production, and digital communications skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver effective, innovative solutions.
