EOHHS is seeking an exceptional individual to join the Office for Refugees & Immigrants application
development team as a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled
team and contribute to a critical and highly visible modernization project within EOHHS.
The senior technical lead will develop, enhance and support new CRM Case Management immigrant
Information System. This candidate will work closely with the vendor and project manager and product owner
to interpret and translate agency policies, business rules, and requirements into appropriate salesforce based
solutions. The position strongly emphasizes understanding of agile methodologies and hands on Salesforce
Development.
The primary work location for this role is 1 Ashburton Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02111; however, this position is currently a
remote telework position. The candidate would be expected to report to the primary work location with 48-hour notice and
regularly if/when telework guidelines change. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
EST.
DETAILED LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, and senior IT teams to uncover business challenges,
define application needs, and ensure accountability in building strategic roadmaps that align with
business requirements.
Lead discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and goals. Compile and implement
application plans for new or existing systems.
Demonstrate application models/prototypes and integrate user feedback. Write and maintain scripts
and code, including application installations and updates.
Mentor application developers and provide technical support to end-users as needed.
Run diagnostic tests and perform debugging procedures.
Manage application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations. Document development
processes, procedures, and standards.
Ensure a scalable, reliable, and available architecture for applications.
Analyze issues and obstacles to settle root cause and identify appropriate corrective action.
Conduct research into clients use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended
steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between
environments.
REQUIRED AT HIRE SKILLS:
Advance / expert level knowledge of Salesforce Service/ PSS Solution, MuleSoft , Omni Studio, API
development / integration, reporting / dashboard development etc.

A minimum of 10 years experience in salesforce architecture, analysis, design, development,
customization and maintenance of applications and systems
Providing solutions to business requirements, tracking deliverables and performing feasibility analysis
estimations.
Domain knowledge of large immigrant systems will be a plus.
Expert/Advance level Salesforce system admin knowledge.
Must be self-motivated with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor s degree in information systems or computer science, or other related field, or equivalent
work experience.
PMP, IIBA, and/or ABAC Certifications are a plus
