| Project Planning & Scheduling Develop yearly, monthly, and weekly schedules for inspections and project milestones. Coordinate field investigations and manage timelines using tools like SAP, MS Access, and Excel. Tracking & Reporting Monitor project progress, costs, and resource allocation. Prepare and maintain logs, databases, and reports for management and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Coordination Interface with internal teams, contractors, and external partners. Participate in weekly and ad-hoc project status meetings to review in-flight projects. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to SCE safety protocols and regulatory Support initiatives that improve safety and reliability of electrical systems. Analysis & Problem-Solving Perform cost/benefit and trend analysis. Identify issues and recommend solutions for program challenges. |
Required Skills/Attributes | |
| Minimum Requirements: Typically 5+ years of IT or other project management experience for senior PM roles. At least 2–3 years in analytical or project coordination roles for entry-level PM or analyst positions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SAP for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints. Leadership and team collaboration capabilities. |
