SAP Platform engineer

Key Responsibilities
? Implement functional and non-functional requirements into SAP environment
? Configure SAP Rise, BTP, and BDC platforms per best practices
? Ensure proper replication setup between SAP and Data Fabric (Databricks)
? Support integration mapping for 70+ edge applications
? Collaborate with architecture team to maintain consistent data integration patterns
? Apply operational monitoring and resiliency best practices

Technical Skills:
? SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) ? must-have
? SAP BTP and BDC experience (BDC is newer; 1?3 years acceptable)
? Expertise in SAP configuration and operational monitoring best practices
? Familiarity with integration patterns and data replication (Databricks experience preferred)
Experience:
? 7?10 years in utilities or SAP product experience (flexible mix: strong SAP or strong utility background)

Soft Skills:
? Strong communication and collaboration
? Ability to work in large, matrixed teams (~400 people program)

Additional Details
? Education: Degree preferred but not required; commensurate experience acceptableSAP
