JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled Vendor Manager and Data Analyst to join our Client's Technology Organization (TO) responsible for managing relationships with vendors, monitoring invoices, monitoring schedules to meet long term deliverables, working efficiently in Power BI, creating visualizations, generating, reading reports, and escalating internal and vendor management issues. Creating and managing the Customer Satisfaction Ratings and reporting.  The Vendor Relationship Manager will be great at handling internal and external topics, able to communicate effectively, and build a strong rapport with vendors and internal teams. Additionally, the Vendor Manager and Data Analyst should be detail-oriented, capable of working directly with Staff Augmentation vendors to schedule meetings, onboard new contractors, create documentation, and manage data entry for new contractors. The key objective of the role is to support TO managers in the assigned work areas inside the Digital Workplace Solutions and Technology Security Towers organization.  Be able to partner closely within the assigned work areas, supply chain management, and other internal groups within our client's organization to support program success.
 In addition, the Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for the following:

  • Monitor invoices and ensure that all bills are paid on schedule.
  • Implement and manage a schedule to meet long term deliverables.
  • Manage SSM (Strategic Supplier Management) analytics and dashboards via Power BI to create, edit, interpret reports, and escalate internal and vendor management issues as needed.
  • Attention to detail to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work directly with Staff Augmentation vendors for scheduling meetings, on-boarding new contractors, creating documentation, managing the data entry for new contractors.
  • Facilitating, distributing, and creating visualizations for customer satisfaction survey (CSAT) feedback and reporting results to all stakeholders.
  • Reporting and tracking of SLAs/KPIs contract increases as described in SOWs (Statement of Work) or orders to provide transparent and data driven performance scorecard to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in scheduling, and conducting Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs) on a defined cadence to assess overall health of the relationship and engagement.
  • Escalate issues and variances with the assigned Vendor Manager.
  • Supporting and verifying compliance with Technology’s purchasing procedures
  • Participate in process or system improvement projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in Procurement, Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT (Information Technology)   
 Experience:

  • Vendor Management skills
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Strong and comprehensive financial understanding
  • Create, read, and edit data to analyze and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of supplier management and contract language for staffing agreements
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with evaluating processes and enhancing with technology is desired.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Broad knowledge of management and operation of information technologies (systems, networks, applications) 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to effectively work both independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal business partners and vendors.
  • Experience working with Staff Augmentation vendors preferred.
  • Understanding of Data Analytics such as Excel, Power BI and the Power Automate workflows.
  • Keyboarding of 60% per day.
  • Primarily phone and computer work
  • Be detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management as well as internal and external customers.
  • Ability to adjust and demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency to constantly changing priorities each day.
  • Ability to make decisions independently.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and obtain results by established deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with no code or low code platforms.

The hourly pay range for this position is $35-$45/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
