Job Summary
The S/4HANA Program Manager (PM) plays a pivotal role in leading the digital transformation journey by overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of the S/4HANA implementation. This individual ensures that the program aligns with strategic business objectives, improves operational efficiency, and drives long-term value realization.
The PM collaborates with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to define and implement a scalable, future-ready SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. This includes modernizing financial, operational, and customer-facing processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Preferred Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT program management, with at least 5 years in SAP ERP implementations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, including migration from SAP ECC and integration with utility-specific systems (GIS, SCADA, CRM, asset management, billing, etc.).
- Deep understanding of water utility operations, regulatory reporting, and industry best practices.
- Exposure in enterprise architecture, cloud strategies (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity requirements for public utilities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and team leadership skills.
- Experience with SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities), SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP Cloud Platform.
