Scrum Master 10+yrs exp ( Locals in Florida Must ) W2 only
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Salesforce environments
- Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud
- Experience working in multi-vendor and distributed team environments
- Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Rally)
- Excellent Written and Communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and communication skills
- Salesforce ecosystem understanding (data models, releases, sandboxes, DevOps is a plus)
- Knowledge of change management, deployment processes, and governance in Salesforce programs
- Project Candidate Management experience is a plus
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce teams across Service Cloud modules.
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
- Maintain sprint velocity, manage burndown charts, and track team KPIs
- Collaborate with multiple vendor teams, internal stakeholders, and Product Owners to manage dependencies and priorities.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments to delivery, ensuring smooth sprint execution.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile/Scrum principles and values.
- Support Product Owner in backlog grooming and user story refinement.
- Act as a servant leader and agile coach to the team and stakeholders.
- Foster transparency, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration across cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and dependencies to leadership and project management office (PMO).
- Align sprints and releases with enterprise Salesforce program goals, timelines, and quality standards.
