We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in the Energy industry. This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-tier, energy-efficient solutions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, driving quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring the highest level of performance and reliability in our products and services.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will:
1. Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality engineering methodologies, systems, and practices.
2. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
3. Develop and manage Control Plans to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
4. Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and control process performance.
5. Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
6. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Perform time studies and process capabilities analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
8. Work with Control Systems to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our products and services.
9. Use AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud for design and project management.
10. Leverage PowerBI, Visio, MS Office, SmartSheet, and AirTable to analyze data, generate reports, and facilitate decision-making.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the Energy industry.
3. Solid knowledge and experience with FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
4. Proven experience in Auditing, Time studies, and process capabilities analysis.
5. Proficiency in Control Systems and Quality.
6. Expertise in using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, PowerBI, Visio, MS Office, SmartSheet, and AirTable.
7. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Strong project management and organizational skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) will be a plus.
