Job Details

Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Lead Product Manager (Phenom) with a major corporation in New York City. Must work EST hours. Hybrid 4 days on-site.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and success of our AI-powered talent experience platform, leveraging expertise in Phenom software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance candidate and employee experiences, streamline recruitment, and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for Phenom-based solutions, focusing on talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and employee development.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and integrate insights into product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to translate requirements into actionable features.
  • Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and KPIs to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  • Communicate product updates and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years hands-on experience using Phenom software (e.g., Phenom Career Site, CRM, Chatbot, or Talent Marketplace).
  • Strong understanding of HR tech, AI-driven recruitment platforms, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
