responsibilities:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Engineering. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

skills: 1) Experience and ability to coordinate hardware and software implementations - includes planning schedules, creating templates and ensuring documentation is complete, and driving implementation calls w/ engineers to ensure cutover is complete.

2) Solid knowledge and understanding of how Network Security products/concepts like firewalls, IDS. Not necessarily hands on skills but must be able to communicate effectively with engineers.

3) Flexibility to adapt their schedule to some daytime coordination work and some nighttime implementation to achieve 40 hours. (Project schedule may vary which will dictate the breakdown of hours)

4) Attention to details and active follow ups

5) Able to work in a fast-paced environment
