Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Have: 10 + with oracle,3 with Aurora,5+ Shell scripts OR Ansible, 2+ Cloud Development.
• HM Thoughts:
• The person will require to have a good experience on Oracle database.
• 5 years of shell scripting experience.
• Cloud formation template or lambda experience of 2 years.
• 3 years with aurora experience is required.
• Currently using oracle 19 C version.
• More than 10 years of experience in Database administration.
• Solid hands on experience (5+ years) with Aurora Postgres.
• Extensive Database performance tuning experience.
• Deep knowledge of industry-standard, enterprise-class best practices for a large database environment.
• Good experience with AWS Cloud and Linux/VM platform.
• Expertise in automation via AWS CFT/ Lambda functions ( 3+ years).
• Deep understanding of HA, DR Database and storage technologies Data replication.
• Experience implementing, supporting and auditing database security.
• Hands on automation experience with Python, YAML, Unix Shell scripting, etc.
• Experience supporting Oracle on prem and Aurora Postgres on AWS.
• Experience with AWS CFT development.
• Experience with Database monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in virtual environment using VMware.
• Database and Cloud vendor certification.
