About the Opportunity


We are currently partnered with a fast-growing, forward-thinking organization that is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join their team on a full-time, fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the lead architect for end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments




  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions




  • Design and oversee solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD




  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance to development teams




  • Ensure architectural best practices, standards, and performance tuning




  • Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for the ServiceNow platform





What We're Looking For




  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform




  • Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture or senior-level solution design roles




  • Deep, practical knowledge across multiple modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD




  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT processes and integrations




  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders




  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while delivering high-quality solutions





Required Certifications




  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)




  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)




  • At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a core module (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)




  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - nice to have but not required
