Job Title: SAP Change management (OCM lead)

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

An SAP Change Management (Organizational Change Management - OCM) Lead in Dallas, TX is responsible for planning, leading, and executing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption during SAP transformation projects. This role focuses on aligning organizational change initiatives with business goals and ensuring stakeholder engagement across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to SAP transformation projects such as S/4HANA migrations.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders and business processes and analyze readiness for change.
  • Design and manage communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans to facilitate adoption and reduce resistance.
  • Engage and coach senior leadership and middle management to act as effective change sponsors and champions.
  • Partner with project and program managers to integrate change management activities into project workstreams and ensure alignment with project milestones.
  • Track and report on change adoption, success metrics, and user proficiency to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to build awareness and support for changes.
  • Manage resistance and address cultural change issues required for successful and sustainable SAP implementations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of change management deliverables, including strategy documents, communication materials, and training content.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Communication, HR, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably with large-scale SAP and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities efficiently.
  • Experience creating and delivering training, communication campaigns, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies is a plus
