Role: SAP Commerce Functional Lead
Location – US

Job Description:
- The SAP Commerce Functional Lead role is responsible for providing functional and business process expertise on Knack's B2B/B2C Commerce engagements in various industry segments such as Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Fashion.
Strong working knowledge of B2B Punch-out scenarios, Commerce Cloud PCM (product content management), standard Commerce user journeys, Search, Merchandising, Pricing, Promotions
- Lead and facilitate discovery and grooming workshops to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
· As a Functional Lead, you will work closely with client's business and IT stakeholders and Technology teams to elicit key requirements, develop feasible solutions, develop effective user stories and acceptance criteria, develop test strategies and test plans.
- 10+ years’ experience as B2B Commerce Functional Lead including 2-3 years of experience in SAP Commerce
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
- Experience with global service delivery model
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
