Job Details
Job Title: CRM Administrator
Location: Atlanta, Ga
Interview: In-person/WebCam
Job Descripiton:
- Configure and maintain CRM settings, user profiles, workflows, message templates, campaigns, databases, and permissions.
- Assist in testing and verification for internal custom code and vendor software releases, patches, and add-ons.
- Collaborate with Contact Center and Business Analysts to recommend operational improvements and system enhancements.
- Work with technical leads, developers, and database/system administrators to ensure system availability and perform business continuity testing.
- Manage data integrity, including imports, migrations, integrations, and data cleanup.
- Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and support for IT projects, applications, and systems.
- Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within Oracle Service Cloud.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams.
- Maintain project documentation, including BRDs, test plans, test results, project plans, and meeting notes.
- Schedule project meetings to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
