Role Name: Cloud Migration Program Manager
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Months Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager or Service Line Lead with deep expertise in the Insurance domain The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives managing large scale transformation programs and ensuring delivery excellence across insurance engagements This role demands strong leadership domain knowledge and stakeholder management capabilities

Key Responsibilities Lead end to end program delivery for insurance clients ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Manage cross functional teams across geographies fostering collaboration and accountability
Define and implement program governance models risk mitigation strategies and escalation protocols
Drive digital transformation initiatives including modernization of core insurance platforms data analytics and customer experience enhancements
Engage with client leadership to understand business challenges and propose innovative solutions
Ensure compliance with SLAs KPIs and regulatory requirements specific to the insurance sector
Support presales activities including solutioning proposal development and client presentations
Mentor and develop talent within the insurance vertical contributing to capability building and knowledge sharing

Required Skills and Experience Proven experience managing large insurance programs across Life PC or Health segments
Strong understanding of insurance operations underwriting claims policy administration and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with industry platforms such as Guidewire Duck Creek or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including Clevel engagement
Experience in Agile DevOps and cloud transformation methodologies
Ability to manage budgets forecasts and financial reporting for large programs
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
