Job Details

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Strategic Sourcing Functional Expert to support the design and implementation of integrations between Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Workday Strategic Sourcing (Scout RFP). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Scout RFP configuration, functional design, and integration strategy to help streamline sourcing operations and improve user experience across our procurement ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Strategic Sourcing (Scout RFP) modules.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, and sourcing events.
  3. Define and implement integration touchpoints between Scout RFP, supplier management, and contract management systems.
  4. Develop functional specifications and partner with technical teams to ensure seamless system connectivity and data flow.
  5. Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and ensure the solution meets business needs and quality standards.
  6. Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Strategic Sourcing best practices and support change management efforts.
  7. Train end users and create relevant documentation and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing (Scout RFP) configuration, sourcing events, and supplier collaboration.
  2. Proven experience designing and supporting integrations between sourcing, supplier, and contract systems.
  3. Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier lifecycle management, and contract workflows.
  4. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Workday Supplier Management and Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
  2. Background in enterprise system integration projects within procurement or ERP environments.
  3. Knowledge of middleware tools or Mulesoft/Workday Studio is a plus.
