Job Details

We are seeking a Sr. Audio/Video Administrator to be responsible for AV equipment set up, operation, maintenance, and repair for events.

Required Experience (3+ years):

  • Experience with business environment audio-video installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Experience and proficiency with Creston and Extron systems
  • Experienced in Vendor relationship management and project coordination
  • Experience with documentation of AV standards and configurations
  • Experience demonstrating customer focus and analytical mindset
  • Experience working with a wide range of AV technologies, including video conferencing systems (e.g., Teams, Zoom, etc.), DSPs, matrix switchers, and structured cabling

Preferred Certification:

  • Audio-video certifications (AVIXA CTS, Extron, Creston DMC-E, Biamp or QSC certification, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

  • Install, configure, and calibrate audio and video equipment, including projectors, speakers, microphones, cameras, and video conferencing systems.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine the optimal placement of AV equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is connected and operating correctly prior to events.

Operation:

  • Operate AV equipment during events.
  • Manage and troubleshoot AV systems during live events to ensure seamless operation.
  • Coordinate with event organizers and clients to understand their AV needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Daily task list of priorities.
